The problem

A machine that scaled —
then hit its ceiling.

Lunore's intimacy-wellness gummy was growing fast, and almost entirely on paid Meta — close to 100% of traffic through one channel. But under scale the creative engine started eating itself. Spend doubled while conversion rate fell 37% from its April peak. Of the ads with real budget behind them, only 6.5% cleared a 2× return. More than 5,000 variations had been tested and the pool of fresh winning concepts was running dry.

And every ad walked a compliance tightrope: a sexual-wellness product that gets throttled the moment the copy says the quiet part out loud.

The channel worked. The creative was fatiguing faster than humans could refill it.

The system

An AI engine that generates
and grades its own creative.

Beginning March 2026, I advised and helped architect a turnkey creative system on the client's own Claude — Claude Cowork + the Higgsfield MCP — so the brand could generate, analyse and optimise ad creative and UGC at the speed the channel demanded. Most of the build lives inside the client's account, which is exactly the point: a system their team runs, not a dependency on mine.

On top of it sits the strategy layer the algorithm never had — concept briefs calibrated against live performance, a compliance-aware messaging architecture, and a diagnostic that explains why creative dies under scale instead of just noticing that it did.

The machine can generate anything except a real reaction — so we built it to generate everything else, on brief.

What I built
01

AI Creative Engine

Claude Cowork + Higgsfield MCP, set up on the client's account to generate ad creative and UGC at volume.

02

Compliance Architecture

Problem-aware angles that sell the benefit without tripping Meta's sexual-content filters.

03

Creative Diagnostic

Decoded the 37% CVR drop under scale — separating healthy plumbing (checkout CVR up) from creative fatigue.

04

Format-First Testing

A generatable format library so the winning-concept pool never runs dry.

05

Concept Brief System

4–6 briefs a month, calibrated against live Meta performance, feeding the machine.

06

SKU & Retention Roadmap

Sequencing new SKUs and bundles to grow AOV and CLV on a base that already re-orders 35%+.

The creative

Sell the feeling.
Never the claim.

A live Spicy Cubes ad, generated through the system and written to clear review — problem-aware, benefit-led, and careful never to make a claim Meta would flag.

When modern stress follows you into the bedroom, desire is usually the first thing to shut down. If your mind is racing with a to-do list, your body physically can't relax enough to make room for intimacy. Most “drive boosters” bombard your system with harsh stimulants and caffeine — leaving you jittery, anxious, and disappointed.

The outcome

The brand the
system feeds.

I was brought in at two inflection points — and off the account for the stretch between them. Watch what the revenue line does each time. Both climbs track fresh creative direction going into the Meta machine; the dip tracks the two months it was paused.
